Please Help

Hello, I just purchased this game today. I got home, installed it (which went smooth) and started it up. It loaded no problem then I went to click on options and it asked for my cd key. I entered it and it said invalid. I tried it again very carefully, didn't work. I tried re-installing the game then typing it in, didn't work. Can someone please help me here? Thanks. ALC

Double check the code, sometimes the 5 looks like an S and the reverse is also true.
